If we feel for any reason that your cat requires medical attention we will firstly try to contact you [the owner], secondly we will endeavour to take him/her to the vet of your choice or in the case of out of town clients to the catteries own trusted vet who is on call 24/7.

We will administer any medication required during your cat's visit and stay in contact with your vet if anything unusual happens, for example, reactions. There is a small fee for this service.
